REFUND/RETURN POLICY

We are so confident you will like JetShine that you can request a refund for up to 30 days after your purchase from our website, except for sales/discounted items (see below).

All we ask for is a picture of your tub before and after using JetShine and an explanation of what was wrong, so we can hopefully improve our product and satisfy our customers.  Please use the Contact Us form to initiate the refund process, and be sure to include your name and your order number in your return so the refund can be issued to the correct customer/order.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing of the return to the original payment method.

You do not need to physically return the product in order to receive the refund. However, our customer service team may request the product back in the case of a product quality complaint, in which case they will provide an address and shipping label for you to return the product.

SALE AND GIFTED ITEMS

All sale items are final. Sales include but are not limited to gift cards, coupon codes, and of course any items directly on sale. Any purchases made during a sale or with a discount code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.
